the female factor partners with bunch.ai to support women's careers in leadership

Updated: Aug 22, 2022

We are proud to announce a new strategic partnership with Bunch, an AI leadership coach that enables you to become a better leader in just 2 minutes a day.

"I want every little girl who’s told she’s bossy, to be told instead she’s a leader." - Sheryl Sandberg

A recent study by the Harvard Business Review showed women were not only rated as better leaders in comparison to men, but especially so when it comes to leadership in a crisis. Female leaders inherently bring many factors to the table that make them inspiring and effective. Unfortunately, today's business structures are still often in favour of men and women have a hard time getting their (deserved) seat at the decision-making table.

As the female factor, we are strong believers that confidence, competence and connections are needed lay the foundation for the next generation of decision-makers.

how can you train and develop leadership competencies at scale?

As work shifts to become more collaborative, more cross-functional, and more complex, it's more important than ever for leaders to excel at bringing people together, inspiring them, and empowering them to reach their full potential.

But to enable women at scale, often a significant financial investments and sufficient time commitment is needed from employer side. These factors often hold companies back to truly invest in their female talents.

“Leadership is a mindset. You can learn it."

Truth is, it doesn't always need to be full-circle leadership trainings.

Bunch’s science-backed AI leadership coach uses the power of technology to make everyone a better leader in 2 minutes a day by finding and recommending the most relevant tips that have worked for other leaders.

“Leadership is a mindset. You can learn it. It’s not something you’re born with. It’s not some hidden talent that we need to discover. It’s hard work, attitudes, and behavior that you show every day. It’s showing up every day for your team,” says Darja Gutnick, Co-Founder and CEO at Bunch. Together with the female factor we can enable more women to step up by giving them access to effective management tools and tactics, proven and validated by seasoned leaders and in that way help them build not only skills but also their confidence to claim that seat at the table.”

“At the female factor we are on a mission to redefine what leadership looks like. Women have some of the essential future-of-work skills needed to create the necessary change in our global economy and building their presence in key positions is now more relevant than ever. By partnering with Bunch we aim to make tailored leadership training more accessible to the next generation of decision-makers,” explains Mahdis Gharaei, CEO at the female factor.
